Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing & delivery time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 weeks of purchase. This timeframe reflects the care that goes into each pad, and processing times may occasionally run slightly longer during high-demand periods or new product launches — we'll always aim to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Shipping cost
A flat shipping fee of $10 applies to all US orders, calculated at checkout regardless of order size.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's progress.

Shipping delays
While we do our best to meet the estimated timeframe above, delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high order volume. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you informed if a significant delay comes up.

Incorrect shipping information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error shortly after placing your order, contact us right away and we'll do our best to update it before it ships.
